Job Title: Stylist 

Location: Tacoma, WA

Rebels & Lovers is a women’s fashion boutique located in Tacoma, WA in the Point Ruston area. At R&L, we share a passion for inspiring others to make fashion their own, creating a life where they can look beautiful and feel powerful. We strive to provide a place where you can stand out from others while you navigate this world and find your place, and we hope to offer you the opportunity to introduce a breath of fresh air to your wardrobe. We strive to be more than a clothing store and provide our customers with a place filled with kindness, creativity, and of course, cute clothes! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Note: you must be available to work weekends as that is our busiest time.
  • Greeting everyone who comes into the store and warmly welcoming them. Setting the tone for who we are at R&L as you become the face of the store when customers walk in. 
  • Light cleaning + organizing 
  • Inventory tasks such as unpacking, steaming, and tagging new merchandise upon its arrival to the store. 
  • Checking customers out at the register + taking payment
  • Styling our customers! This includes picking out items for them to try on, starting a dressing room for them, and giving advice on pieces you think they will love. This means developing good relationships with our customers, building trust with them, and keeping them at the center of our story.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as provided.

  • Open to being near dogs! We are a pet-friendly store and love our customers to bring their fur-babies inside the store so they too can stop and shop! 

Bonus points if you: 

  • Are interested in being in content for our Instagram and TikTok accounts. 
  • Know about crystals and/or actively use them. We also sell crystals and other metaphysical products so it is a plus if you are open to learning about them. 
  • Have a passion for creating content on social media, photography and/or videography. 
  • Are interested in modeling our clothes.
  • Have 6 months+ of experience working in a clothing store or small business.

    Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours)

    Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + opportunity for holiday bonus
